Beyond The Bounds Of Knowledge Definition

"There never was in the world two opinions alike, no more that two hairs, or two grains; the most universal quality is diversity."

Michael Eyquen de Montaigne

It is very difficult to define what the term 'knowledge' means.

I noticed that in most fields of human activities including job, society and education, there is an excessive utilization of definitions.

Especially on the Internet, I find there are too much definitions.

Okay, we need definitions to understand the meaning of a multiplicity of terms, concepts and items, but what is the side effect?

Fragmentation. I try to explain better this. Western cultures are literally obsessed by the need to explain everythings to everybody.

Too much information, too much words, too much opinions.

But everyone of us is unique in this world, that is why there are billions of interpretations of every fact.

Two years ago I felt overhelmed by information one more time.

That was not certainly the first time in my life that I felt overhelmed by too much information.

Several times in my life I scattered to the four winds my energy and my cognizances, I always had problems with concentration.

What I learned the hard way 2 years ago is to filter and integrate information at the same time.

I think people do not need more information, they need less fragmentation and more relevance.

I intend relevance the need to put things in everyone's specifical context and also the need of coherence.

On my way that is the difference between information and knowledge.

Take Time To Reflect

"Time will take your money, but money won't buy time."

James Taylor

Are you in a hurry almost every day? I was too.

In my life I learned gradually a very important thing: frenzy is our worse enemy.

The most we are in a hurry doing daily routines the most we are losing our reflection capability.

We have time for our boss, we have time for our customers, we have time for our friends, we have time for everybody else (for our family too-of course!), but we have no time for ourselves, why?

Take Your Time, take time to reflect on what are you doing, on the quality of your life, on your goals, on your health, on your future!

Do not be afraid to face these things now, because if you cannot escape from them in the long run.

I think it's worth to deal with these things on a regular bases as far as you can.

Here is your conductor thought for this weekend: look well at what beliefs and what old programs inside your mind prevent you from finally realizing yourself and your desires.

Try to stay alone and put offside all the others for once, during this weekend.

It is has only for you. Take a walk, possibly in a park or in a natural environment with a lot of trees and plants.

Take a deep breath, and then take time to reflect.

Be Creative Writing Your Resume (Second Part)

"Never consider the possibility of failure; as long as you persist, you will be successful."

Brian Tracy

Now you are ready to draft your resume.

In order to increase your chances, you need to know some principles.

It is obvious that you have to customize your "business card", but keeping your style classic and more important clear.

There is not a perfect rule! Everybody is a case, has his or her own experiences and capabilities.

The most important thing is to be comprehensible, clear and direct.

There is not a golden rule, clarity itself responds to logic.

Put yourself in the examiner's shoes.

He or She has to read a hundred resumes a day.

He or She wishes after a first reading to keep enough elements to evaluate your candidacy.

If He or She is forced to decrypt your resume, He or She will probably throw back your letter without scruple.

Base Rules:

Five Points are essential concerning the impact of your presentation:
  1. Clarity
  2. Draw the attention
  3. Hold the interest
  4. Match your purposes to the interlocutor
  5. Choose enhancive details

Second recommendation: Be (not only appear as) self-confident!

Be Creative Writing Your Resume (First Part)

"There is no doubt that creativity is the most important human resource of all. Without
creativity, there would be no progress, and we would be forever repeating the same
patterns."

Edward de Bono

Before looking for desperately has fill a white sheet, you must know:
  • what you want to sell (a formation, an experience, your personality)
  • the interest that you present (young graduated to form, a knowledge of the activity field concerned, a total availability...)
  • the need to which you can answer (the expertises that you propose)

If you have never built a curriculum or if you made it well a long time ago, you feel lost, exhaust.

You have the deep impression that you didn't make anything or that it has not interest, for you as for the enterprise.

Beginner or experienced, know how to take advantage of any experience.

It is the proof:

- of a certain open-mindedness;
- of an interest carries to work does;
- of an adaptation skill;
- of a real incentive to learn;
- of a certain receding and power of reflection
as for your progress.

First recommendation: never lie, it simply does not pay.

Act And Let Things Happen

"Imagination is more important than knowledge."

Albert Einstein

Dear friend,

I don't hide you that it is very difficult to take decisions in our life, above all on very delicate matters and of particular importance.

Many of us delay too much before deciding, others are troubled and they despair because they fear at the same time the negative consequences of their decision and those of its delay.

From my personal experience, I recommend you to act as soon as possible if you feel to act for your good and of the others.

We don't have to be afraid to be wrong, because life is a continuous succession of errors, thanks to which we have the possibility to learn and to improve us.

Don't believe in the myth of the infallibility and the perfect men! Simply these don't exist!

All the greatest geniuses if you analyze their life, had committed errors.

His teacher of the secondary school considered Albert Einstein a bad student.

Thomas Edison invented then the electric light bulb after 1000 attempts and only after he said that had found 999 ways not to invent the light bulb!

If you have fought the whole day with a problem without apparently making some progress, try to send it away from your mind and to postpone any decision up to when don't have the opportunity to sleep on it.

Remember that your creative mechanism works better when yours conscious ego intervenes in a smaller measure.

In the sleep the creative mechanism, sets that in precedence you have started, it has the ideal possibility to work without the conscious ego interferes.

It is well known that a lot of discoveries and ideas of famous scientists and writers had origin in the sleep.

So act now! Be confidant, and then let things happen!

Do Not Allow Others To Influence Your Thoughts

Don't listen to friends when the Friend inside you says 'Do this.'

Mohandas Gandhi

You are unique in this world; there is something special inside you, even if you do not realize that.

I am strongly convinced that independent thinking is needed and suitable for every one of us in career and in life.

That uniqueness inside ourselves it well worth to be cultivated.

To think independently helps you to become more critical of what you see and hear around.

This does not means that you have to live like a hermit! (I perhaps do it sometimes!)

We need to feel connected to others and to exchange ideas with others of course.

I only affirm that we should tend to maintain our specificity while interacting with the rest of the world.

I observed that people who lean always on someone else opinion feel often insecure and seek approval of others.

To tell you the truth you need to build and to improve your self-esteem continuously if you want to think as an independent learner.

Why I say this? Because many people would convince you that their opinion is better than your.

It won't happen tomorrow or next week.

It requires a long time and a certain level of maturity to become more independent.

Another point to consider is that independent thinking implies responsibility.

Sometimes to think independently could procure some risks so you have to be ready to face them.

To think independent also give you a certain power and credibility.

Independent thinking could definitely improve your self-learning and personal development without any side effect.

Would You Change Your Career?

"It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change."

Charles Darwin

Our profession is not an annoying evil, but only a mean to earn money.

In our profession we have to realize ourselves to express our talent.

If my profession begins to annoy me, this is a signal that I have to change something.

I have learned what I had to learn and every further to persist in the old activity produces frustration, aggressiveness and from this illnesses are born.

You stop being against what you would not like to do anymore, because with this you subsequently remain fixed on your non-beloved job and there is not again space you for something new.

If in the past you have undertaken a certain profession this it doesn't mean that you have to practise it anchors for a long time until your retirement.

Work to learn and when you have ended to learn you do something else to continue to learn.

Many success people have changed binary during their professional life, so some of them have only lived in late age the apex of their career.

It is never too late to otherwise learn, even if you are seventy years old.

We learn up to the last breath.

How-To Overcome Exam Anxiety

"If you treat every situation as a life-and-death matter, you'll die a lot of times."

Dean Smith

Dear fiend,

Would you know a truth?

When I had to pass exams, I was anxious and nervous every time!

I am talking about exam anxiety and uneasiness before and during school examination or job interview.

I also felt like that! Want to know what I learned to protect myself?

I learned to make less dramatic the situation, thinking that nobody can judge what you have to learn or what you have to do or who we have to be!

The truth is that everybody plays a role!

When you have to pass a test or a job interview, you have to play a role and the examiner too, so why should you worry about exams?

It is never, I repeat, NEVER, a life-and-death matter!

Emotions make you a human being. Emotions are not a curse.

Every one of us has emotions, it is normal.

Do you know what Plato sad?

"Human behavior flows from three main sources: desire, emotion and knowledge".

So do not worry about exam anxiety, and anxiety will leave you!

How Patience And Faith Can Move Mountains

"Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other one thing."

Abraham Lincoln

You reach only your destinations if you believe to reach them with all the strength of your heart, if you have trust in yourself.

If don't have trust, he/she doesn't even succeed you with the best exercises in the world.

Who has a great complex of inferiority; he or she can visualize for one hundred years something grandiose, until this complex is perhaps eliminated.

Have trust in you! You won't easily succeed you, if in your infancy instead that to receive confirmations, has been doubted.

Yet there are no other possibilities to reach the destination, but that of demolish again these doubts, these fears, this mistrust.

You will superficially relax otherwise only forever yourself, you will visualize and you will doubt of foundation of what is doing, then will happen you, not what you want, but what you fear.

This law is not new, we know it, but it is conclusive that you discover entirely this law for you, not again in head, but very deeply internally.

Be aware: not what you would like, not what you want to happen, but what you believe.

If you fear then something you believe it. The fear is a negative faith. Therefore you have to believe in what you want, he won't realize forever otherwise.

You have to be well firm in your faith.

Nothing can touch you in your faith, in the future, in God and in yourself. This faith is fundamental, if you pant to the success.
